What payment methods are accepted?

We take all major credit cards via Stripe.  We accept checks too, but we will not begin building or ship your product until payment clears.

Do you offer international shipping?

Small items can be purchased via this website and shipping rates will be automatically calculated.   Buyer is responsible for any import fees, VAT, etc.

For beds and other larger pieces, please contact us for a shipping quote.  We’ll need to know your full address as well as the specific items(s) you would like to purchase.   Buyer is responsible for any import fees, VAT, etc.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping furniture can be complicated, but we try and keep it simple for our customers.  We utilize a variety of shipping methods, including USPS, FedEx, freight carriers and white glove services, in order to deliver our pieces as safely and quickly as possible.   Each product page describes specifically what to expect in receiving your piece.

How much will shipping cost?

We are moving to free shipping on the variety of our items, so in most cases, the cost of shipping is included.  Check specific product pages for Free US Shipping.

On items where we do not yet offer free shipping, add the item to your cart and begin the checkout process to get a calculated shipping quote for your location.   You don’t have to submit the order until you’re ready.     If no rate is found, you can also contact us for a quote.

Can you send me a wood/paint sample?

Yes, we can.   Click here to order samples.

How are headboard heights measured?

On Platform Bed No. 1 and Platform Bed No. 2 (storage bed) the headboard measurement is from the floor.

I like one of your designs but would like it in a different size/shape/wood/color. Is that possible?

Please contact us to discuss your specific needs for the piece you’re interested in.  Be advised. most customizations will add to leadtime and cost.

I need something built. Do you take on full custom projects?

We can build customized and fully custom pieces.   If you’d like us to quote a custom piece for you, please contact us to discuss your project.   Be advised that custom design work takes a lot of time and care to do well.  As a result, a custom piece will be significantly more expensive than a standard piece with a similar size and material requirements.
